  • This is your job! How would it work if "real" news people followed your lead. I heard enough Barrack Obama, John Boehner, whomever... The suits at MSNBC/NBC should fire your butt. You're supposed to be a journalist. Journalists cover the news and this -- unsavory as it may be -- is news of sorts.

  • The news media has done a miserable job on this story. Donald Trump believes in proof by assertion. He has made so many claims that any journalist could have quickly run to ground. Had they done that, this poser would have been shown for what he really is -- an egomanical blowhard -- long ago.

  • Trump is way too thin skinned to run for public office, especially president. He reacts -- overreacts -- continually. Look it up, this is his track record. As a presidential candidate he would run here, there and everywhere personally refuting everything.

  • I Agree w/the decision; not, however with your phrasing. Al Qaeda knows he's dead. Simple decency should apply, IMO.

  • I love Craig Berman's commentary on Idol. It may be, however, that the judges (whoever they may be) are irrelevant. Perhaps the fans of this show don't really care what the judges say. That in no way excuses the lame a-- judging by Randy and crew this season.

  • Trump is the 21st Century's P.T. Barnum. And the media are the collective suckers. Trump may make headlines, but he's no president. The guy's financial disclosure statement would be fodder for an analysis that sends shivers down the Trumpster's spine. Despite what he says. This guy is all talk.

  • The Republicans make me cringe! But, Obama is fast running out of manuvering room. He appoints a debt panel. Thanks them for their work. And then does zip. He said he'd close Gitmo within 12 mos. Not happening! Sadly, Barrack Obama offered Great Hope, but he's delivered half a canoli at best.

  • Was Couric's tenure a failure? Undoubtedly there were some positives, but it's like being a football or basketball coach, or a baseball manager -- she didn't get the job done. Guarantee that had she catapulted CBS to #1 in the ratings she wouldn't be going now.
